It's a bit hard to tell how many different patterns it has but, it seems to have at least 7.
We use it even during couple play. It feels really good to put the suction and vibrator on the nipple.
It is a bit difficult to clean the flower though. Using soap and water seems like a bad idea so it's probably safer to use a toy cleaning spray.
The connecting wire is a bit short for its lack of flexibility but, it feels very durable.
