First, this item is larger than I thought it would be. The controls are easy to use and sequence through. It has vibrating action at various strengths as well as motion. You have to take time to go through the various settings to figure out what you like. The motion starts out with straight up and down and you can go through various speeds. Then you get to a group that has a hesitation in the action that I found to be quite enjoyable.
I like it, its easy to use and comes in a discreet package not to mention the flesh like feel of it I would 100% recommend this.
