Perfect!! I am not new to using kegel balls however I will definitely be using these more than the other ones I have. I like the size(about 1inch") of these, there are a few different weights and you can experiment to find what works best for you. They are comfortable to use and easy remove. The silicone is smooth and well made. My previous ones I felt we're too large (golf ball) and they were connected which made the whole unit so long that they had to bend to fit in me.
I tried to buy it, but their product quality impressed me deeply. Whether it is product design or quality, it is absolutely excellent. The key is that their price makes me excited. Don't hesitate, I have done the experiment for you!
These are effective weights for pelvic floor health. They have several weight options and are comfortable to use.

I bought this product because I was noticing issues with bladder control and intimacy. Although I have done kegel exercises in the past, this is my first time using kegel balls. And I absolutely love these them! I don't have to remember to squeeze and release, because my body automatically latches on it after insertion. For beginners (like me) start off with the single ball until you feel comfortable and strong enough for the double. These balls has a soft, velvety feel to them and I can see why the word "pleasure" is included in the title. I can feel the ball move around inside with every movement I make or just siting still and it's definitely pleasurable and stimulating. Also, it's helped with my bladder control as well. Like all the other reviews, I do recommend using a water based lubricant because it make getting inside easier. These balls are easy to clean; just wash with mild soap and warm water and dry with a paper towel.
