Perfect!! I am not new to using kegel balls however I will definitely be using these more than the other ones I have. I like the size(about 1inch") of these, there are a few different weights and you can experiment to find what works best for you. They are comfortable to use and easy remove. The silicone is smooth and well made. My previous ones I felt we're too large (golf ball) and they were connected which made the whole unit so long that they had to bend to fit in me.
This product is high quality. The sizing options mean there is plenty of fun to be had! I recommend this brand as they are very responsive if you have additional questions about the product line.
