What is your return policy?
Before using it, if you are not satisfied with the product or regret buying it, it's okay! We accept returns for refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
If your toy gets quality problem during use, don't worry!! All electric sex toys have any quality problems within one year, getting in touch with us, and we will replace them with new ones for free or other products of the same price. PLEASE NOTE: Any artificial damage is not covered under warranty!
Since the products we sell are private care products, so any used products but none quality problems will cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Condoms, Lubricants items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from the items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
How should I send my return back?
Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Complete the return form on this page and include it inside all boxes you are returning. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN FORM.
You may use the shipping carrier of mail post. Please keep a record of the tracking number, and send us order number and returning tracking number by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by xinghaoya official Store, unless we sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Your return will be processed within two business days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Online credits will be issued within two business days of processing your return. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of processing your return and will be sent to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from xinghaoya official store.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
