Wow! I purchased the large and it was like nothing I've tried before. It's definitely not for the inexperienced, though. The tapered tip does make it easy to get started, but I really had to relax and be patient to get it in all the way. The intensity of the feeling once it got settled was unlike anything I've felt and I was screaming in pleasure. It was a good thing no one else was home.
