The suction function is good, but that's more of a personal preference. However if your girth is a certain size, you'll get natural suction since the sleeve is one-sided. The vibration is ok, placement of the vibrating bullet is a bit lower than I prefer. I like it when the vibrations are closer to the tip rather than the base of the shaft.
