I’m older, 70, and I had a radical prostatectomy 15 years ago. As a result of that surgery, I suffer from ED. TMI, I know. I find this an excellent inexpensive aid to help with my ED. That said, I do have one gripe. I started with one size of the black rubber attachment that goes on your weiner. After only a few uses, it stretched out, and I had to drop down to the next smaller size to get the proper fit for you to achieve adequate suction. I’m afraid the next smaller size will also stretch out. Rendering this device pretty useless.
