Q: Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?

A:We does not require you to make a purchase on xinghaoya.net. But we do encourage you to create an account so that you can track your orders, and we can provide you in time intimate service.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: xinghaoya Official Store offers free shipping to United States, Canda, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, New Zealand, South Korea and Russia for all orders, some others country need customer pay for little balance of shipping fee, of course we are continually optimizing the way logistics is transported, so more free shipping country will be supported.

Q: What payment methods are available and is it secure?

A: xinghaoya Official Store accepts payments through PayPal, It is standard secure methods of payments, and we will add more secure methods of payment.

Q: I'd like to change my order? 

A: Once orders have been confirmed, we are unable to to change the order at this time. We'd be happy to cancel your order so that you may place a new one. Please contact us at support@xinghaoya.net with your order number to cancel your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not shipped, please email support@xinghaoya.net and we can cancel your order immediately. Once your order has shipped then you cannot cancel your order,  but you can return your order and get full refund within 30 days as long as the product is unused and in it's original packaging.

Q: I need to change my shipping address.

A: If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@xinghaoya.net with the order number and the correct address.
If the order has already shipped, the address will can not replace, so if you need to update your shipping address, please conenct us in 12 hours after you make payment.

Q: I'm having trouble tracking my order.

A: You will receive a tracking number for your shipment as soon as your order is packed. It may take a few hours for tracking to become available.
Orders shipped via mail post will have tracking available as soon as the order is picked up by the carrier.
Free Shipping only tracks the pick up and the delivery of the package.
You can also send us your order number via email at warranty@xinghaoya.net, our service center will help you.

Q: Is your product safe?

A: Please don’t worry, every product is completed independently from approval of the project to design and produce,We are professional sex toys supplier, all products must be rigorously screened before they can be sold, they must obtain CE, FDA, ROHS and other certifications, so you can feel free to buy and use it.

Q: will I pay for customs duty?

A: Different country have different duty rule, and every citizen has a tax liability, so if you have any special requirement for package declaration, please kindly tell us when you place order, generally we write as TOY and declare no much than 10usd/pcs goods as deault.

Q: How is my privacy protected?

A: Customer privacy has always been an important part of our work, on the package, it will never show any sex products information, it means no one knows what is in your the package, and your shipping information will just use as you reveice package, will not appear in the third party in any form.
